FutureMeds Increases Investment in Ukraine’s Future by Acquiring Medical Centre "Pulse"

The freestanding clinic has provided patient care since 1995 and has conducted over 100 trials. The experienced team brings valuable insights and a rich legacy of dedication to clinical research. We at FutureMeds are proud to welcome them into our family.

Medical Centre "Pulse" is a freestanding clinic located in Vinnytsia, a city with a population of over 370,000 situated southwest of Kyiv. Established by Professor Yurii Mostovoi, a highly qualified specialist in diagnosing and treating diseases of the respiratory organs and heart, the clinic has provided quality medical care to patients since 1995.

In the last ten years (2013-2023), the team that conducted about 100 trials has been recognised as a Prime Site for IQVIA and a Partner site for Sanofi due to their capability to deliver good enrollment rates, exemplary quality and successful participation in clinical trials across various Therapeutic Areas (TAs).

Over the past decade (2013-2023), the team has conducted around 100 trials and has established a solid track record of achieving consistently high enrollment rates. Due to their commitment and ability to successfully participate in clinical trials across various therapeutic areas, they have been recognised as a Prime Site for IQVIA and a Partner site for Sanofi.

“I wish to express my heartfelt gratitude to our investors for their trust in our vision and our leadership team in Ukraine. This acquisition represents more than just growth; it symbolises our unity with Ukraine and its people and our optimism for a bright future. As we move forward, I am confident this site will provide immense value to our clients and the global clinical trials industry.”

- Radoslaw Janiak, CEO at FutureMeds

During the transition and integration period, on top of his existing duties, Dr Ivan Vyshnyvetskyy, Managing Director at FutureMeds Ukraine, will assume the Site Director role. He will be supported by Dr Andrii Sidorov, who will take on the position of Deputy Site Director. Dr Sidorov has over 14 years of clinical research experience and has overseen nearly 70 trials to date.

With speciality Therapeutic Areas encompassing Internal Medicine, Endoscopy, Ultrasound Diagnostics, Gynecology, Pulmonology, Cardiology, Rheumatology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Urology, and Neurology, Medical Centre “Pulse” is poised to be a valuable addition to the FutureMeds network.

Together, we look forward to forging new paths, conducting groundbreaking clinical research, and, ultimately, bringing innovative treatments to patients faster. Most importantly, we look forward to bringing trials back to Ukraine.

“Despite the challenges presented by the situation in the south-eastern region of Ukraine, our decision to invest in Vinnytsia is a clear endorsement of our confidence in the sustainable and upward trajectory of the clinical trials sector in Ukraine. It’s evident that the industry in our country is not only rebounding but is poised for significant growth.”
