How we handle information about you
Who is the controller of my data?
The controller of your personal data is FutureMeds LTD (hereinafter: the Controller).
FutureMeds LTD is responsible for fulfilling its information obligation towards you and for enabling you to exercise your rights. A request for the exercise of your rights should be addressed to dpo@futuremeds.com.

FutureMeds UK is responsible for processes related to the exercise of rights and obligations under laws governing activities in the area related to your use of the website.

For what purpose, to what extent and on what legal basis are my data being processed?
​
If we have received your personal data, it means that you have expressed your wish to take part in the recruitment process we are conducting. As part of this process, we contact selected candidates and may hold meetings with them to select our new employee. You have also been asked for your consent to take part in future recruitments - this will allow us to take your application into account when looking for staff in the future, in case the current recruitment process is successful for another candidate. This consent is voluntary - if you do not give it, it will not prevent you from participating in the current recruitment process.

Your personal data as an applicant for employment will be processed for the purposes related to the establishment and course of the employment process. The basis for the processing of personal data in the scope of data referred to in the appropriate regulations is the legal obligations of the Controller as a potential employer (Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR and UK GDPR). If the basis of our cooperation will be a contract other than a contract of employment - your data will be processed within the framework of activities aimed at concluding this contract (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR and UK GDPR). For the rest, and if you give your consent for future recruitment - this is the basis for us to process your personal data (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR and UK GDPR).

For how long is my personal data processed?

As a general rule, we will keep your data for the duration of the recruitment process and 6 months after the end of the process. If you have given us your consent to participate in future recruitments conducted by us, we will delete it 6 months after it has been obtained.

Is my data transferred outside of FutureMeds LTD?
​
We use external suppliers to supply us with various types of services. The provision of some of these, such as IT or accounting support, requires access to personal data that we hold. Your personal data may also be transferred to the following categories of entities: companies providing health and safety services, medical, insurance and other benefits to the Company's employees, tax authorities and the Social Insurance Institution. The recipients of your data may also be external entities: contractors and clients of the Employer, who will receive the employee's personal data to the extent necessary to enable the contractors to communicate with the Employee.

The Controller is part of the capital group (list of sites included in the capital group is available here).

Personal data in the area of first name, surname, position, business telephone number and business e-mail address may be transferred in connection with cooperation between the sites. We will share your personal data within our group so that we can provide you with the relevant services, which include where you act as a consumer or customer, or where you act in a business capacity as a supplier, retailer or commercial contact. The transfer of data will, in each case, take place either on a data-sharing basis or on the basis of a data processing agreement.

What rights do I have in relation to my data submission?

You have the right to access your personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of that data, to request its rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, to object to its processing, to the portability of it to another controller (unless the processing is based on law).
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the personal data protection regulations supervisory authority.

Do I have to provide my personal data?
​
The provision of personal data is a legal requirement. In the remaining scope, the provision of personal data is voluntary. Failure to provide data will prevent the recruitment process from taking place.
