Information clause for users of FutureMeds’s Linkedin profile

Protecting your personal data and your privacy is of paramount importance to the FutureMeds Ltd. In the clause we want to inform you clearly, concisely and transparently about how we process your personal data.

Who is the Controller of my data?

The controller of your personal data is FutureMeds LTD with its seat in Bridle Road Clinic Bridle Road, Bromborough, Wirral, CH62 6EE, England with Company Registration Number 12521988 (hereinafter referred to as: FutureMeds or Controller). For what purpose, on what basis and for how long is my data processed?
Your data is processed for the purposes of communication and promotion within the FutureMeds profile available at https://www.linkedin.com/company/futuremeds/, in particular responses for comments and private messages, as well as for statistical and advertising purposes implemented through the tools provided by the LinkedIn application.
The basis for the processing of your data is the legitimate interest of the FutureMeds (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), which is to ensure continuity of business communication, marketing of own products and care for the brand image. We will process your data until you object or until the purposes of the processing cease.

Does anyone else have access to my data?
Recipients of your personal data may only be entities that are entitled to receive them under the law. In addition, your data is shared with LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company (LinkedIn administrator).

In addition, the administrator of LinkedIn, as a tool provider, is a jointly responsible entity for the processing of data of persons using the FutureMeds profile and, as a joint controllers may process such data for its own purposes based on other legal grounds. LinkedIn, based on its own provisions and regulations, may process the information contained in the cookies of visitors to the FutureMeds profile. Based on the data collected in this way, LinkedIn may create anonymous compilations and statistics (e.g. regarding the number or profile of visitors), which may be shared with the FutureMeds as the operator of the profile. What rights do I have?
You have the right to request access to your personal data, as well as to rectify (amend) it. You also have the right to request deletion or restriction of processing, as well as to object to processing, but you only have this right if further processing is not necessary for the FutureMeds to comply with its legal obligation and there are no other overriding legal grounds for processing.

The Controller may exercise your rights to the extent it has the technical ability to do so (e.g., by deleting, at your request, a comment containing personal data). Independently of contacting FutureMeds regarding the processing of your data via LinkedIn, you may also contact the LinkedIn administrator.

In addition, you have the right to file a complaint about the processing of your data carried out by the FutureMeds to the competent supervisory authority.

Do I have to provide my data?
Providing data is voluntary and is performed by using the FutureMeds LinkedIn profile.
