Our accomplished business development team, recently honoured as a finalist for ‘Business Development Team of the Year’ at a prestigious industry event, is seeking ambitious new talent to join the team. (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
As a Business Development Associate,
You’ll play a key role in driving our growth by building meaningful relationships with clients and industry leaders.
You’ll be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, engaging with key stakeholders in the clinical research sector and transforming opportunities into results.
Whether you’re stepping into your first business development role or bringing prior sales experience, you’ll find a supportive environment that fosters growth, rewards ambition and equips you with the skills to excel.

Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture meaningful, long-term relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders
Drive business growth through proactive outreach and engagement
Become an integral part of our award-nominated business development team to develop strategies for success
Contribute to our reputation as an innovative leader in the clinical research industry
Represent the company at webinars, conferences and other events to build brand presence and establish new connections
Identify and analyse potential markets, industry trends, and emerging opportunities
Research and profile potential clients to tailor outreach strategies effectively
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through cold calls and networking
Support the senior team by providing relevant data and insights
Requirements
A degree in life sciences
An energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
The resilience to overcome challenges and to turn “no” into “yes”
A flair for communication
The confidence to engage with clients, both over the phone and in person
Self-motivated and driven, able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a growing team
The ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic industry
