FutureMeds appoints Melanie Manners FCIPD as Group HR Director 

Melanie Manners FCIPD joins FutureMeds Executive Leadership Team and assumes the role of Group HR Director. Melanie will play a significant role in the European Site Network and DCT service provider’s future by driving its strategic objectives, fostering a positive culture through the Progress P.A.C.T., and ensuring that the organisation has the right talent to achieve its goals and drive value to FutureMeds' client-, partner-, and patient communities. 

 

Melanie Manners, an accomplished global HR executive and non-executive director with over 25 years of experience across multi-site scale-ups, SMEs, and international corporate markets, joins FutureMeds.   


Her appointment to the Executive Leadership Team signifies the European site network and DCT service provider’s commitment to fostering a people-first culture that will enable FutureMeds to increase its contribution to clinical research and drive more value to patients, clients, partners and the talented growing team.

Working closely with the executive leadership team, Melanie will focus on advancing a people-first culture, ensuring that FutureMeds remains at the forefront of innovation and excellence in clinical research. 


Most recently, Melanie served as VP of People at Eagle Genomics Ltd, where she was instrumental in scaling people operations and infrastructure on a global level. Her passion for purpose, sustainability, and impact has consistently driven her to create environments where talented individuals can thrive. 


Based in the UK, Melanie is an honours graduate and a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD). She is also a certified leadership coach and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt, further demonstrating her dedication to continuous improvement and excellence in people management. 


Known for her entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities, Melanie excels in building highly capable teams, and her natural leadership skills make her well-suited to navigate unstructured and rapidly evolving environments.
