Radoslaw Janiak

CEO

Radoslaw studied medicine at the University of Warsaw graduating in 1997. After working as a hospital doctor for 4 years he moved into clinical research initially as a site director for a Polish CRO.  Working for Synexus from 2005 until 2019 he was responsible for the rapid growth of the business across Central and Eastern Europe. He was appointed COO in 2015.

Cameron Glen

VP of Global Business Development

Cameron has a unique blend of industry experience and knowledge. He spent over 25 years of his career building & forging alliances and pursuing new business for notable public and private sector players such as Menarini Pharmaceuticals, AstraZeneca, University of Dundee/NHS Tayside, Synexus, and industry-leading CROs such as Covance Inc. (Labcorp R&D) and ICON plc.

Ninon Armburst

Managing Director at FutureMeds Germany

Ninon has over ten years of experience in clinical research and has made a significant impact at Futuremeds Germany. Before becoming the Managing Director, she successfully led the Berlin site and laid the foundation for expansion by opening a new site in Frankfurt. Known for her people-oriented approach, she deeply cares for both patients and her team, fostering strong connections through her exceptional leadership skills.

Nachiket Chandak

Senior Director of Business Development

Nach has held various sales positions, driving revenue growth for industry leaders. Starting at Datamonitor Healthcare in 2007, he gained insights into clinical development. He then excelled at PPD, ICON Plc, and Parexel, forging partnerships and advancing phase II-III research.

Jakub Jedrzejewski 

Global Project Manager

Jakub took a deep dive into clinical research in 2019 by joining a site network's global team for an entry role. Just a few months later, he was given the opportunity to manage multi-country projects, which quickly led to his appointment as Global Project Manager. Having joined FutureMeds in early 2023, Jakub leverages his understanding of the industry, site operations, and the challenges faced by sponsors and CROs, combining it with a data- and culture-driven approach every day when working with our Customers and internal colleagues.

Organizer
The raffle (“Contest”) is organized by FutureMeds (“Organizer”).

 

Eligibility

  • Open to registered attendees of SCRS Global 2025.

  • Participants must be 18 years or older.

  • One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

  • Employees of FutureMeds and their immediate families are not eligible.
     

How to Enter

  • Visit the FutureMeds booth (#619) during SCRS Global.

  • Allow the Organizer to take a Polaroid photo of you.

  • Complete an entry card (or provide a business card) including your name, email, and “short line on why you are passionate about research.”

  • Place your entry on the Smile for Progress Wall to be officially entered.
     

Prizes

  • 3 winners will each receive one (1) Mystery Gift Box valued at approx. USD $500.

  • 2 runner-ups will each receive one (1) special prize valued at approx. USD $150.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
     

Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the conclusion of SCRS Global.

  • The draw will take place at FutureMeds headquarters within 14 days of the event’s end.

  • Winners will be notified via email using the contact details provided.

  • If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, an alternate winner may be drawn.
     

Use of Entries

  • By entering, participants agree that their Polaroid photo and written statement may be displayed on the Smile for Progress Wall at the event.

  • Participants may optionally consent to FutureMeds sharing their first name and photo on FutureMeds’ social media or marketing channels. Consent will be indicated on the entry card.
     

Data Protection

  • Personal data collected (name, email, company) will be used solely for administering the Contest and for any communications you have opted into.

  • Data will be stored securely and not shared with third parties unrelated to the Contest.

General

  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

  • Participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
