According to Cameron’s directives, FutureMeds growing business development team needs to do 3 things extremely well. They need to

  • Study the market landscape and customer needs, pinpoint gaps that FutureMeds teams can fill and formulate strategies that create and optimise client growth opportunities

  • Drive collaboration across departments by acting as the bridge between the various internal teams, such as sales, marketing, operations, and customer service

  • Foster strategic relationships and partnerships and help clients leverage the strength of the FutureMeds Site Network and our partner companies
