FutureMeds has appointed Tracie Greenhalgh as Chief People Officer, completing a series of leadership appointments designed to strengthen operational, financial, commercial and organisational capabilities as the company enters its next phase of growth.

FutureMeds has appointed Tracie Greenhalgh as Chief People Officer, marking the final step in a broader evolution of the European site network’s executive leadership structure.

The appointment follows the recent announcements of Marcin Gondek as Chief Operating Officer, Paul Maddison as Chief Financial Officer, Iwona Tongbhoyai as Chief Growth Officer, and Nachiket Chandak as Chief Commercial Officer. Together, these changes have been designed to align leadership across operations, finance, growth, commercial and now people and culture.

As FutureMeds continues to expand its dedicated site network and decentralised services, strengthening leadership across all core areas supports improved delivery, operational alignment and long-term value creation.

“Strengthening our Executive Team has been a deliberate step to ensure we are well-positioned for the next phase of our development. With Tracie joining as Chief People Officer, we are reinforcing a critical part of our organisation: our people. As we continue to grow, maintaining a strong culture, supporting our teams and aligning our ways of working across the network will be essential to sustaining the standards our partners rely on and improving patient access to clinical research.”

- Dr Radoslaw Janiak, Chief Executive Officer

Strengthening people, culture and organisational capability

Tracie Greenhalgh brings more than 30 years of experience across high-growth and fast-paced organisations, with a focus on organisational transformation, culture, talent development and building high-performing teams.

Her previous roles include Chief People Officer at Arden University and Chief People and Culture Officer at Survitec, where she led people strategies through periods of growth and transformation.

At FutureMeds, her focus will include strengthening organisational culture, supporting talent development, improving alignment across countries and functions, and ensuring the organisation’s people capabilities evolve alongside its operational and strategic ambitions.

“FutureMeds has built a strong reputation through its people, its sites and a clear focus on patient access and delivery. My focus is to support that foundation by strengthening culture, developing talent and ensuring our teams are equipped to operate effectively in an increasingly complex and fast-paced clinical research environment.”

Completing the leadership architecture

The appointment of a Chief People Officer completes a leadership structure designed to support the organisation’s continued development across all key areas.

This alignment is intended to ensure that as the organisation continues to grow, it does so in a way that remains operationally grounded, culturally cohesive and focused on delivering consistent outcomes for patients and partners.

“We are investing in the leadership required to help our clients, teams and patients progress in a complex and evolving research environment,” added Dr Radoslaw Janiak

“By strengthening our people and culture capabilities alongside operations, finance and growth, we are ensuring that the organisation develops in a balanced and sustainable way.”
